Introduction to the Gramene Website

Gramene's 40th release includes major changes to the website.  This session will introduce you to the new layout and functionality as well as plans for future expansion and development.  We will discuss the new entry page, improvements to the search, upgrades to our BLAST service, the move to Plant Reactome for pathways, and how users may soon use virtual machines to clone Gramene privately.  Development plans include the integration of expression data from the ATLAS project, using Amigo 2 for ontologies, and novel data visualizations including a new comparative map viewer.
