This Cattle/Swine workshop highlights advances in livestock genomics and applications of genome-wide variant analysis in identification of markers linked to important production traits in ruminants and swine. Speakers will present their results using new genomic technologies and bioinformatic pipelines. The workshop will start with a summary of the EU-US Animal Biotechnology Working Group AgENCODE planning workshop held Jan.10.
