Hands-on Session: Upload, Display and Analyze Your Data on the Gramene/Ensembl Genome Browser

On Gramene/Ensembl Genome Browsers, researchers can upload and visualize their own genomic datasets (i.e. genome-wide SNP associations, OTLs, ESTs, RNA-Seq and /or micro-array data etc.).  Several data types can be displayed and analyzed simultaneously. We will use publicly available RNA-Seq and microarray data to illustrate how individual research project can benefit from resources available at Gramene.  Participants are encouraged to bring their own datasets, if they need assistance and support.
