Genomics is currently one of the most data-intensive disciplines, requiring more and more storage and processing power as more and more sequences are generated for less and less money.  For the researcher without significant technical background, the technical parts of genome analysis can be a significant hindrance to successful completion of the experiment.  We present in this poster a number of nationally-funded Cyberinfrastructure resources, focusing on the National Center for Genome Analysis Support (NCGAS) and a number of recent initiatives by the eXtreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE) Campus Bridging team. These resources are intended to help ease the transition into computationally-intensive research while reducing significant financial burdens on the researcher.
