Cloud computing gives users the flexibility to use tools and datasets without being limited by their laptop or local computer resources. This demo features Atmosphere, (iPlant's cloud service) and includes RNA-Seq applications for visualizing  and analyzing RNA-Seq data using tools like IGV and CummRbund. We’ll also highlight advanced features for developers including publishing scripts and software, combining Atmosphere with other HPC applications along with features to manage user resources and user resource quota.
