Difficult samples often do not meet concentration and yield requirements necessary for most genotyping systems. Methods to increase the amount of sample such as WGA or preamplification in microwell plates add time, labor, and cost to the procedure. The Juno™ system genotypes difficult samples in less than three hours. This seminar will cover how Juno enables genotyping from difficult samples and compare results from Juno against existing protocols using different genotyping chemistries.
