Sugarcane Moleculo Contigs into Chromosome Cluster Clouds

Sugarcane unitigs were aligned with masked genomic sequences of other grasses and a table was created with each unitig's chromosome number hit, or lack of it, against each reference genome. The data was submitted to multiple correspondence analysis followed by hierarchical clustering. We can have an initial proposition of the physical layout of sugarcane unitig sequences. This could help in future sequencing efforts and in the selection of chromossome targets to be sequenced.
