3165Small RNA
MicroRNAs and different classes of siRNAs play important roles in plants and animals in the regulation of gene expression, or in the modification of chromatin. New technologies have advanced our understanding of the expression dynamics, function, targets, and other aspects of these small, non-coding RNAs. The aim of this workshop is to showcase advances in plant and animal small RNA biology, including the targets of these small RNAs, biogenesis, related tools and technologies, evolution, and other aspects of their characterization.
