iVirus and iMicrobe

iMicrobe/iVirus leverages the CyVerse cyberinfrastructure to provide researchers with tools, workflows, and high-value data sets for microbial ‘omics research that utilize integrated high-performance computing and active data storage in CyVerse. These resources are freely available online through web-based platform for users at any level of computational ability for further refinement and continued development by the community. In addition, iMicrobe/iVirus offers an interactive website to discover and find community datasets using curated metadata, and a group forum through protocols.io for App descriptions, user and developer discussion forums, and protocols.
