During last decade, the fast development of next-generation sequencing techniques (Illumina/454) enabled the sequencing of many new genomes.

In recent years, the availability of SMRT sequencing and several long-range mapping technologies enabled the producing of highly accurate and contiguous genomes.

With the application of several new techniques, Novogene has completed the assembly of several genomes.

We will introduce our experiences on PacBio platform and 10X Genomics's Chromium platform, and the combination of Illumina, Pacbio, 10X Genomics techniques.
