NRGene has successfully applied it’s genomic analysis platform, GenoMAGIC™, to a variety of organisms with complex genomes like maize and wheat. The talk will describe the process of combining the assembly results of several complex genomes to a single Pan Genome. The Pan Genome is than used by GenoMAGIC to describe the haplotype diversity of a larger population. The value of the approach will be demonstrated in maize and wheat followed by a general scheme of applicability to any genome.
