RNA-Seq Analysis of Winter Cultivar B. napus var. 'da-Ae', Spring Cultivar B. napus var. 'da-Ol-1' and Reciprocal F1 Crossing Lines

Oilseeds(B. napus) divided 2 type from growing habitat. These have many different traits such as flowering time, leaf shape, and oil composition etc. To research effects of gene expression for these traits, We developed two different types B. napus var. ‘Da-Ol-1’ and B. napus var. ‘Da-Ae’ and make reciprocal F1 crossing lines. Using F1 crossing line and there’s parental lines, we analysis gene expression pattern in transcript level using RNA sequencing. We harvest tissues in 5 differently developed stage and make cDNA libraries. We analysis differential gene expression between B. napus var. ‘Da-Ol-1’ and B. napus var. ‘Da-Ae’ and between Crossing F1 lines. Also, We compare Differently gene expression for developmental stage in each lines. This results shown wide-insight for genotyping aganinst phenotype traits in B. napus.
