Arabidopsis Information Portal & Intl Arabidopsis Informatics Consortium

This workshop, co-organized by the Arabidopsis Information Portal (Araport) and the International Arabidopsis Informatics Consortium (IAIC) will showcase recent developments in Arabidopsis bioinformatics. The first workshops were focussed on the development of Araport as a central resource for data integration, how it was to be built in a sustainable, internationally-driven manner, and how it would be connected with a broad array of community-generated modules and their associated data. Today, the workshop presentations continue to describe novel data sources and informatics tools that have been developed by community members and can be integrated into the Araport ecosystem.
