Plant Genome Engineering

This workshop will include a series of research talks and tutorials focused on emerging technologies and uses for plant genome engineering. Research talks will focus on case studies from crop and model plant species where genome engineering methods (e.g. TALENs, CRISPR/Cas9 systems, etc.) are being used to enable research outcomes or develop new plant products. Tutorials will focus on public resources, such as reagents and bioinformatic tools, available to researchers to conduct genome engineering studies.
