SGN and RTB Databases: Genomes, Pathways and Breeder Tools.

The Mueller lab develops databases and webtools for analysis and visualization of genomic and phenotypic data for the Solanaceae (SGN, Solgenomics.net), and root, tuber and banana (RTB) crops (Cassavabase.org, Yambase.org, Sweetpotatobase.org, Musabase.org). In this workshop, we will focus on the new tomato genome annotation efforts and bioinformatics tools, Solanaceae pathway databases and breeder data management tools. Biologists, breeders, and bioinformaticians interested in utilizing the data and tools on our databases, and exchanging experiences, ideas and co-developing tools will benefit from attending this workshop.
