During last year’s SIG meeting, we conducted a brainstorming discussion to identify members’ interests and priorities. Participants expressed strong interest in more structured opportunities for collaboration and ongoing engagement. In response, we have supported the organization of SSWR roundtables and created space for continued dialogue on emerging topics. One area that generated particular interest was the use of artificial intelligence in qualitative research. We have facilitated initial discussions around this topic, focusing on both opportunities and concerns, and see this as an important area for continued exploration within the SIG.
