Undergraduate Poster Session: Earth and Space Science Research and Outreach From Two-Year and Four-Year Institutions

This poster session showcases undergraduate student research and outreach across the Earth and space sciences, bringing together students from community colleges, four-year colleges, and research universities. It provides an inclusive platform for undergraduate students at all stages of their academic journeys to share original, ongoing, or completed work, including classroom-based and collaborative research projects. By highlighting contributions from a wide range of institutional contexts, this session emphasizes the value of diverse pathways into the geosciences, the importance of broad participation in advancing the field, and the need to expand access to research experiences that support student pathways into geoscience careers. We encourage students and their faculty mentors to submit posters that reflect the breadth of undergraduate research and engagement in the Earth and space sciences. This poster session is co-sponsored by the Council on Undergraduate Research-Geoscience Division and EarthScope Consortium.
