Abstract:
There are several early career researchers (ECRs) networks in the Earth System field that promote global exchange among ECRs to foster their career development. In the last few years, these networks not only focused on connecting and engaging their members in multiple activities but also partnered with each other in greater international projects. This panel session will discuss past experiences on mutual collaboration between networks and examine how this can be extended in the future to build a better scientific community and address grand challenges within society.
