Session Description:
The advancement of diversity, equity, and inclusion of underrepresented groups in science is not solely a issue of fundamental fairness. By involving the widest range of viewpoints and individual experiences in our community, we also improve the quality of our work, and gain access to new ideas. This session includes a panel discussion from individuals from government, academia, and industry who are successfully improving diversity, equity, and inclusion within the space sciences, and a community discussion of what is working and where we go from here.
