In this workshop you will assimilate fundamentals of responsible negotiation and conflict resolution through awareness of points of view, data, and aspirations of all parties involved. Attendees examine the importance of developing alternatives to agreement (BATNA) that build self-confidence and enhance preparation. Through self-examination and case studies, discover your personal negotiating style. You will have the opportunity to practice skills to reach highly successful outcomes.
