Methods/Technique:
Three females and two males, between the ages of 50 and 65 years old, which presented with a bulge, aesthetic disagreement, lipodystrophy and flaccidity of the neck, face and forehead which were operated on by this method:

Results/Complications: Over four months and two years, five patients underwent aesthetic contour neck, face and forehead surgery based on support of the tissues comprising the submental structures and the deep plane face and forehead.
