Into the center: occupying space, making space, and reconfiguring the narrative

The panel seeks to gather traditionally oppressed, excluded, and underrepresented artists whose works aim to reclaim and transform spaces (physical, conceptual, intellectual, social, emotional, virtual, etc), that have been usurped by whiteness. During this session we will share narratives that delineate strategies and struggles, as well as celebrate the impact of our often overlooked practices. Traditional and alternative forms of presentations are welcome, as well as interventions and live processes.
