Libraries Preparation Automation on a TECAN EVO200

Growing output of Next Generation Sequencers allows to sequence at the same time, in a single run, more and more samples. If we want benefit from this very high throughput, we have to achieve a high multiplexing level, the bottleneck being the manual preparation of the librairies. To get rid of this time-consuming task, we developped, with TECAN, an automated process to produce more librairies on the same time on our EVO200. Currently, one script is validated for TruSeq RNA sample prep kit v2 and others are under development.
