High-Throughput SNP Discovery and Genotyping in Hexaploid Wheat

The efficiency of Axiom® Genotyping Solution for high-throughput genotyping for marker-assisted selection of wheat was tested. Approximately 400 wheat lines were genotyped across ~18,000 recently discovered SNPs. The detailed outcome of this pilot project will be presented as well as future projects that will be conducted in collaboration with Affymetrix.
