Plant and Animal Genome Paleogenomics

This workshop will focus on recent data regarding differences and/or similarities in *structural* [comparative genomics], *functional* [comparative transcriptome/methylome], and*EVOLUTIONARY* [paleogenomics from modern/fossil sequence data] *plasticities* [genome partitioning, duplications, deletions, CNV, PAV, CNS....] *in plant and animal genomes.
