Accessing SGN Genomes through Tools

This section of the workshop will highlight genomes available at SGN and how to access them effectively through tools.  In particular, the SGN genome browser, based on the GBrowse software will be discussed.  Useful features specific to each of these tools will be demonstrated with use cases from the Solanaceae to show how the tools can be applied in research.  Also, tips for submitting your own datasets to SGN will be given.
