Since 2008, the Phytozome Plant Comparative Genomics Portal  has provided JGI collaborators, as well as the broader plant science research community, with uniform access to a growing collection of plant genomics data sets, via an integrated suite of query, visualization, and analysis tools.  Version 10 of Phytozome will include analyses and data sets for 45 plant and algal genomes, 32 of which were completely or predominately sequenced and analyzed at the JGI.  Notable enhancements in the latest version of Phytozome include the public release of updated versions of soybean and sweet sorghum, the initial integration of natural variation and gene expression data for a number of JGI flagship genomes, and a completely revamped portal infrastructure offering several new features, simpler entry and navigation, and more consistent appearance and performance.  We will present an overview of the new data and features available at Phytozome, as well as a roadmap for the coming year.
