The Triticeae Toolbox (T3; triticeaetoolbox.org) is the public web database for phenotype and genotype data generated by the US Triticeae Coordinated Agricultural Project (T-CAP). There are two independent T3 databases, for barley and wheat. This year we have added tools for managing Canopy Spectral Reflectance (CSR) data. The website allow the user to calculate CSR indices using predefined or user entered formulas. For other phenotype data the website accepts both line mean and plot level data. When plot level data is loaded the website can automatically calculate the line means using the experiment design described in the fieldbook data. The website also provides a graphical display of plot level data to make it easier for validation. Another new feature of the website is a tool for comparing trait values for two trials. We have recently began accepting phenotype data from tablet devices. T3 is funded by the National Institute for Food and Agriculture (NIFA) of the USDA.
