NCBI workshop: Variation resources, genome annotation pipeline, status of plant and animal genomes, and data navigation use cases.

This workshop will focus on new and updated NCBI variation resources, updates to the genome annotation pipeline, and use case examples of navigating genome data. We will present new resources and reports, a summary of the current status of plant and animal genomes at NCBI, and a roadmap to finding the data.
