VitisCyc is a grapevine-specific metabolic pathway database based on the genome sequence of  Vitis vinifera ‘Pinot Noir’ (genotype:PN40024) with 12X v1 annotations. Currently VitisCyc contains about 68 super pathways, 368 biosynthesis pathways, 118 catabolic pathways, 5 detoxification pathways, 36 energy related pathways, 10,908 enzymes, 2912 enzymatic reactions, and 2024 compounds. Researchers can search and browse for metabolic pathways, reactions, compounds, and genes and can analyze their own data or publicly available expression data in overall context of grapevine cellular metabolic network and/or in context of specific pathways. It was built on BioCyc platform using Pathway Tools software and MetaCyc reference database and has facilitates data visualization and analysis using OMICs-Viewer Tool. VitisCyc version 3.18 is available online at http://pathways.cgrb.oregonstate.edu.
