Date: Monday, January 12, 2015
Time: 2:55 PM
Room: Pacific Salon 6-7 (2nd Floor)

The Arabidopsis Information Portal is a powerful, community-extensible resource for Arabidopsis bioinformatics. It features easy-to-use tools and resources for creating modules that allow research teams and data providers to publish data streams and user interfaces for consuming them directly into the AIP platform. This session will feature a live, end-to-end demonstration of the process for creating, testing, and installing a new Science App and its corresponding Data API into the Arabidopsis Information Portal. Background material can be found at the AIP Developer Zone.
