Building a 4-D Understanding of Magmatic Systems

Session Description:
A comprehensive understanding of volcanic systems requires confidently linking the spatial, geochemical, and temporal nuances of volcanic rocks with geophysical modeling of the plutonic, magmatic, and tectonic features of the magma system at depth. This session focuses on strengthening links between surface and subsurface geology, welcoming contributions from the array of laboratory and geophysical techniques used to interrogate igneous rocks and model the complexity of the subsurface column.
