Goals of this Research is the Disastrous Effects of Climate Change Global Warming including Effects on Precipitation, Past  Warming Effects on Glaciation, Glacial Debris and Meltwater Floods, such as creating a Fresh Water Black Sea and Caspian Sea Freshwaters Lowlands, which could have Supported Fertile Lowland Populations, supporting the Ancient Civilizations including Indus Valley Civilization and the Indo-Europeans, before their Dispersal by the sudden Mediterranean Sea Reconnection by an Earthquake, by Liquifying Debris filled Valley, Creating Landslides Mudslides Great FLOOD,
