The KeyGene workshop is centered around the theme “Accelerated Molecular Breeding for Crop Improvement”. The program highlights recent achievements in areas of genomics, genetics and phenotyping technologies to accelerate understanding crop genome structure (including reference genome sequencing, re-sequencing, physical mapping), germplasm variation (sequence based genotyping approaches) and linking this information to traits (digital phenotyping).
