The Technology of Genome Study to Understand Genome Biology for Agriculture

It is to review of the technology to study genome for breeding. There are some core technology, de novo assembly, expression profiling, comparative genomics, construction of transcriptome gene set including epigenomics to understand genomics in microorganism, plant and animal. There are variable strategy of genome study using NGS big data. It might be presented of successful genome study with cost-effective method to genome study.
